Born in Tel Aviv and based in Los Angeles, multidisciplinary artist Moral Turgeman has always seen the natural world as her canvas. Whether she’s building a house made of mirrors in the desert or a wind chime installation in the heart of the Yucatán jungle, her wide-ranging creations are emotional spectacles of beauty. Her most acknowledged work to date, The Little House—a large-scale mirrored structure with a crawl space leading to an infinite chamber—has been presented in five locations, including MAMA Gallery in Los Angeles and Rumney Guggenheim in New York. In an effort to raise awareness on the importance of human connection, her most recent project involves a quest to gaze into the eyes of 10,000 people.
